EXPERIENCE
Prior to joining Tony Hargreaves & Partners in 2023, Lucy worked as a Duty Lawyer in the Magistrates' Courts. This proactive and high caseload experience afforded her a comprehensive understanding of the courtroom's intricate dynamics and the ability to craft a strategic defence. As such, she regularly appears for clients in the Magistrates’ Court.
Lucy has quickly built a reputation as a tenacious advocate; a testament to her unwavering commitment to clients and their rights. Her ability to offer strategic insights and compassionate engagement underscores her dedication to ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts (International Relations and Ancient Cultures) and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Monash University. She was also selected to study International Public Policy at America University in Washington D.C and archaeology at the Prato Centre in Italy.
Following completion of her tertiary studies, Lucy obtained a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Institute, where she was awarded the Gaden’s Prize for Excellence for being the top of her class in client communication. Lucy was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2021
